Payment Policy
To confirm your place on The Wellness Emporium retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $500 AUD is required. Full payment (the balance) must be made within 90 days of the retreat start date. If a booking is made within 90 days of the start of the retreat, the whole amount is required to confirm a place. Upon submitting our booking form, you will receive an invoice within 48 hours from our staff with payment details – we allow 3 business days for deposit payments to hold your place in our retreat. If the full amount of the retreat package price is not paid at least 90 days prior to the retreat start date, the place will be released and resold and the deposit will be forfeited. Any bank fees incurred through transferring funds are the responsibility of the guest. If paying by credit card or Paypal the 3.6% fee is the responsibility of the guest. Direct Deposit option is available occurring no fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your reservation if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
Prices are stated in Australian Dollars and are listed as per person.
Retreat rates DO NOT include the cost of your flights.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included. By agreeing to The Wellness Emporium retreat terms and condition you, the guest, agrees to obtain adequate travel insurance that covers the individual for all medical treatment while travelling abroad; along with a trip cancellation insurance, which covers the individual or company, in this case The Wellness Emporium, if a retreat is cancelled by either party. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancelation insurance may pay for some or all cancelation feels. Strictly for information purposes and not to be relief upon, this type of insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation to optimise your level of protection.
If The Wellness Emporium cancels a retreat, net total of money paid for retreat package will be refunded. The Wellness Emporium is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips (by either parties) such as airline tickets, accommodation, loss of work; or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
The Wellness Emporium offers no cash, cheque or credit card refunds for cancellation or any change to booking by a guest for any reason, including injury, personal emergencies and political actions: our cancellation policy will apply and no exceptions will be entertained.
- If the guest cancels 90 days or more before their retreat start date, $500 (non-refundable deposit paid upon booking) will be forfeited and the remaining amount will be credited.
- If the guest cancels within 90 days of the first day of their retreat, their payment is forfeited in full.
- A retreat reservation is fully transferable to another person over the age of 18, for the same date and package. It is the guests full responsibility to find another person and to inform The Wellness Emporium of these changes to ensure all paper work is filled out by the new guest prior to the commencement of the retreat.
Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
The Wellness Emporium does not offer discounts, refunds or credit for arriving late, leaving early or missing any of the activities/meals while on the retreat.
All cancellations must be received in writing via email.
Passports, Visas and Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport with a minimum of 6-months validity on your passport, visa(s) if required and any other necessary documentation. Retreat rates do not include airport taxes. Some guests may be required to pay an arrival tax at Denpasar airport depending on which nationality passport you hold.
