ABOUT THE WELLNESS EMPORIUM
Founder and Naturopath Chae Calder created The Wellness Emporium to provide a holistic, collaborative, comprehensive, educational and evidence based approach to health and wellness.
Suffering from her own chronic health conditions for over 20 years (read her story here), Chae has had plenty of experience as a patient with health care practitioners including Naturopath’s, Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Psychologists, GP’s and specialists and noticed the lack of education and collaborative care and also the necessity for them both.
At The Wellness Emporium our team works alongside other health care practitioners both within the clinic and outside the clinic from varying backgrounds including psychologists, naturopaths, acupuncturists, doctors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, chiropractors, & specialists to be able to provide the the most comprehensive approach to our patients’ health needs.
At The Wellness Emporium we pride ourselves for being at the forefront of health & wellness education. Out team are passionate about educating, empowering and motivating patients and the community through both in clinic practice and also through community events! At The Wellness Emporium we understand that to make an informed choice about your health you require the correct tools – this means the correct information. During our appointments we ensure our patients are well educated about their condition and the causes.
At The Wellness Emporium our practitioners also provide regular talks and workshops to the local community, along with online programs and retreats (launching soon) to be able to help as many people as they can live a happier and healthier life.
How are we different?
We Identify & Treat the Cause
While our practitioners assist with symptomatic relief, their primary focus is identifying and treating the underlying cause to your health concerns to allow healing to take place. We do this by providing comprehensive appointments and individualised treatment plans, alongside evidence based practices.
We Treat the Whole Person
We understand that health and disease is a complex interaction of many factors including the emotional, social, spiritual, mental and physical aspects of ones health. This is why we provide our patients with a holistic approach to health through comprehensive and individualised plans & programs. This allows us to address many of these aspects, along with engaging other health practitioners (where appropriate) for collaborative care.

Education forms the foundation of your appointments, to help you understand the steps (and the why) required to achieve and maintain optimal health.
We Use Evidence Base
By using evidence based practices we are able to get the best outcomes! Our Naturopaths also use both functional and mainstream pathology to help inform treatment programs and understand the underlying mechanisms for your health concerns.
We Inspire & Support
Through workshops, social media and our private Facebook group, we encourage our patients to get involved for long-term support outside of appointments! We are here for you and with you!
