Hello, I’m Elisha, a degree-qualified Naturopath, certified Women’s Strength & Nutrition Coach, and Holistic Chef. For more than two decades, I thrived in bustling kitchens, and had the privilege of working at one of Australia’s leading health retreats here on the Gold Coast during my career as a chef – the perfect stepping stone into clinical practice and the wonderful world of wellness.

Today, my passion lies in women’s health, with a special focus on menstrual and metabolic wellbeing. I support women through all stages of life, from period challenges and unexpected weight changes, to the transitions of perimenopause, shifting body composition, and the increased risks to cardio-metabolic health that can arise.

After years in practice, I can honestly say I still get such joy witnessing the transformations that come from a tailored, holistic approach. Whether it’s post-pill cycles returning to balance, hormonal or gut-related acne finally clearing, inflammation-driven weight gain subsiding with improved gut health, or lifelong dieters finding freedom once their metabolism and hormones are understood – these are the moments that fuel my work. And beyond the physical, I love helping women discover calmer moods, deeper sleep, and greater resilience through the right blend of herbs, nutrients, and lifestyle strategies.

Metabolic health & sustainable, healthy weight management is a key area of practice; in particular, helping women escape yo-yo dieting cycles, including those that feel they have always struggled (I see you, I was you), to those that have experienced new, unexpected & stubborn weight gain, have had bloodwork done, but are told everything is fine; there is usually nuance, hints & clues hidden in your results, it’s my job to find them.

Now that i’m currently approaching menopause myself, my goal is to help as many women as possible navigate this hormonal & metabolic terrain with confidence, knowledge and appropriate tools to emerge with a body they feel confident in, metabolic health that leaves them with lowered health risks (both now & future) & a vibrancy to get out there, living a full life on their terms.

And the bigger goal? to encourage women to plan & prioritise their wellness before the hints of declining health become a diagnosis & increasingly harder to get on top of; prevention, as they say, is always better (and much easier) than cure.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ME

  • I live with my husband and our fur baby ‘Buddy’ who loves his Sunday brunch toast crusts and beach walks…his mum goes for the lattes and poached eggs
  • I previously studied Art and Design and can’t go past an afternoon spent in a good gallery or museum
  • Don’t ask me what my favourite colour is, every colour has a perfect hue
  • Little me had many future careers in mind, including “Dinosaur Biologist”, pianist, artist, animal activist and pilot
  • I have an obsession with clean beauty products, you name it, it’s probably in my bathroom
  • My two vices are coffee and dark chocolate…i’m all about those polyphenols!
  • I love astrology and will likely have a crystal of some sort on my person at any time
  • Speaking of astrology, I have a Libra sun, Taurus moon & Taurus ascendant…maybe it’s all that Venus energy that has driven my love for female health
  • I have travelled extensively throughout Asia, however my big dream holiday is California, the land of wellness and biohacking followed by the bohemian delight that is Tulum Mexico
  • Most of my career has been as a chef, particularly special diets…I promise healthy can be delicious
  • I have way too many supplements and potions in my kitchen cupboard!

Too often, we’re quick to say "sorry" for things that don’t require an apology—like setting boundaries or putting our own needs first. 

Saying "sorry" when you don’t need to can be a heavy weight on your mental health. 🧠 We often feel pressured to apologise for simply taking care of ourselves, but these small, constant apologies can chip away at our self-worth.

You don’t need to say sorry for:

Saying “no” to protect your emotional energy.
Having your own beliefs and opinions, even if they challenge the norm.
Taking time alone to recharge and maintain balance.
Telling the truth—it’s part of being authentic, not something to regret.
Prioritising what’s important to your mental wellbeing.
Not being perfect all the time—perfectionism can be a real drain on your mental health, and it’s not a realistic goal.
