Hello, I’m Erika, a degree-qualified Naturopath living on the beautiful Gold Coast. I am passionate about helping individuals move from merely surviving to truly thriving on their health journeys. I believe that symptoms are the body’s way of communicating with us—they’re just the tip of the iceberg. My passion lies in diving deeper, beyond what’s visible, to uncover and address the underlying root causes.

Having experienced ill health both personally and through my family—from curling up in stomach pain as a teenager to watching loved ones unable to live life to the fullest—I understand firsthand the challenges of dis-ease.

With a background in tourism, the question “How can I help you?” has always been at the heart of what I do. But as I progressed in my career, I began to ask, “How can I help on a deeper level?” This question led me to pursue a career in health, with Naturopathy as my chosen path—because without health, we cannot fully enjoy life’s adventures.

Your health is your wealth—it’s the most valuable asset you’ll ever own.

I am passionate about supporting the whole family, from grandchildren to grandparents, and everyone in between. My areas of special interest include gut health, immune support, and mental well-being. I’m also committed to continuous learning and growth, which is why I’m currently enrolled in an NLP coaching course and a life mastery development program. These additional tools allow me to empower and educate my clients even further in their health journeys.

  • I grew up Gold Coast, yes born and bred, you can’t get more local than that
  • After many years of waiting, I am a very proud to be a mum of a 16month old fur baby named Sunny, he is a Red Tri Australian Shephard and absolutely gorgeous
  • I love the going to the beach with Sunny boy – walking, swimming and even taking the SUP out in together for a paddle
  • I’m massive Foodie and my favourite cuisines are Japanese, French and Italian…… yum!
  • My love language is quality time and will spend a lot of it with my family and friends who I love dearly.
  • Yoga has played a big role in my life and healing journey from dark times to taking me over to India to complete my 200HRYTT course in Rishikesh. I couldn’t advocate for it anymore.
  • I have done more solo travel around the world, then travelling with someone (friend/partner/family), I don’t have any favourites, but if I had to say my most stand out countries, in no particular order; France, Italy, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Vietnam.
  • Many times in my life, I’ve been called an open book. What you see is what you get with me, direct and honest, relatable and very down to earth.

Too often, we’re quick to say "sorry" for things that don’t require an apology—like setting boundaries or putting our own needs first. 

Saying "sorry" when you don’t need to can be a heavy weight on your mental health. 🧠 We often feel pressured to apologise for simply taking care of ourselves, but these small, constant apologies can chip away at our self-worth.

You don’t need to say sorry for:

Saying “no” to protect your emotional energy.
Having your own beliefs and opinions, even if they challenge the norm.
Taking time alone to recharge and maintain balance.
Telling the truth—it’s part of being authentic, not something to regret.
Prioritising what’s important to your mental wellbeing.
Not being perfect all the time—perfectionism can be a real drain on your mental health, and it’s not a realistic goal.

Your mental health matters. 💚 The way you treat yourself sets the tone for how others treat you. Start by respecting your needs, boundaries, and emotional space without feeling guilty. This is how you protect your peace and create an environment where you can thrive.

1️⃣ Legs up on the wall: This calming pose is a great way to reset your mind and body. It's perfect after a busy day or a long flight, helping with circulation, relaxation, and anxiety relief.

2️⃣ Watching a candle flame: Focusing on the gentle flicker of a candle flame helps quiet the mind and brings you into the present moment. It’s a simple yet powerful way to focus and ground yourself.

3️⃣ Walking without music: Take a walk, but leave the headphones behind. Tune into your senses—feel the earth beneath your feet, notice the colors, the sounds, the air. It’s a moving meditation that keeps you grounded and connected.
