As we know it takes TWO to tango and although it is usually the female partner that seeks help in the preconception phase – conception involves both female and male partners equally and therefore supporting the health of both partners is important in the lead up to conception.
Did you know out of the 15% of couples that are affected my infertility, in 20-30% of these couples, infertility is the result of the male factor alone, while another 20-30% is due to a combination of male and female factors. So you can see why we highly recommend preconception screening and care for both partners.
Included in your package is a Naturopathic consult and a comprehensive blood test check for both partners (male and female) that has been created specifically for this package. The blood test provides deep insights into the essential markers for overall health and wellbeing with a focus on fertility and preconception care.

PRE-CONSULT QUESTIONNAIRE
All our new clients will receive our initial client intake form. This is a comprehensive questionnaire that helps us get to know you better including your goals, your concerns, your previous treatments, your health history and even your family history to further inform your treatment plan for the best possible outcome.
PARTNER FERTILITY BLOOD TESTS
This package includes a comprehensive blood test for BOTH partners (male and female) to assess and optimise fertility and preconception care. You will receive your prepaid pathology form straight to your email to take to your local pathology lab. This is done pre-consult so we have the results to go through in your included 1:1.
1:1 NATUROPATHIC CONSULT
A 90 minute couples consult with one of our Naturopath’s to gather information about both of your health concerns and goals. During this consult your naturopath will go through the results of your tests and devise a personalised treatment plan for both of you. You can choose in clinic consults or via telehealth.
PERSONALISED PRESCRIPTION
There is no one size fits all, or standard protocol. You will both leave your consult with an individualised prescription outlining dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and where necessary herbal or nutritional supplementation to address the root cause of your health concerns and accelerate healing.
NATUROPATHIC TREATMENT PROGRAM
Your individualised naturopathic treatment program (for new clients) is completed by your Naturopath after you leave and outlines your treatment plan and treatment goals, as well as naturopathic educational resources that is specific to your health concerns to further aid your wellness journey. As we know – knowledge is power.
ACCESS TO PRACTITIONER ONLY PRODUCTS
You will have access to our recommended Practitioner Only Products that are of the highest quality and therapeutic grade nutraceuticals and herbal medicines that are thoroughly tested and studied for quality and efficacy (in addition to TGA & GMP standards) with no or low excipient formulations.
Please note package price does not include the cost of supplementation. This is charged at an additional price, all supplements can be posted Australia Wide. Follow up consults are often needed to really get on top of your health concerns. Your Naturopath will discuss with you how often they would like to see you during your consult and book in future appointments. What Next?
- You will receive your pathology form within 7 days of purchase to the email you have provided
- Follow test instructions and take your pathology form to one of our affiliated collection centres to have your sample taken.
- For females – this test should be conducted on day 3 of your cycle (this is the third day of your menstrual bleed), otherwise it can also be done on day 2 or 4.
- The lab will analyse your test and results can take up to 4 weeks to receive
- Once we receive your results, we will be in contact to book your appointment, alternatively once you send back the results you are welcome to book an appointment 4 weeks in advance by calling our team.
