Hello! I’m Linda, a registered Psychologist dedicated to supporting meaningful personal  change. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, self-esteem, motivation, relationship or family challenges, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering.

I take time to understand the whole person: your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, personal history, and environment before drawing on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma informed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and  Solution-Focused Therapy.

My style is person-centred and holistic, focusing not only on alleviating symptoms but also on helping clients understand patterns, build emotional awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and reconnect with their strengths. My aim is to support clients in cultivating clarity, resilience, and confidence as they move toward meaningful, long-term change.

Before becoming a psychologist, I spent more than 30 years working as a naturopath, nutritionist, and holistic counsellor. This unique background enables me to understand the whole person, mind, emotions, body, environment, and lived experiences, and integrate this perspective into the therapeutic process. I support clients in healing from past experiences, strengthening self-esteem, breaking unhelpful patterns, and creating deeper connection both within themselves and in their relationships.

I am passionate about helping clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected find relief, insight, and a renewed sense of direction. My goal is always the same: to offer a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while you work toward a more grounded, connected and fulfilling, life.

Every day, we are exposed to a cocktail of synthetic chemicals in things we use without a second thought:
