We know that “normal” doesn’t always mean optimal Like ❤️ if you know the feeling Traditional healthcare often focuses on treating symptoms reactively or adheres to minimum “normal” levels, usually addressed only after you’re already sick (this is why we often refer to “medicare” levels as “sick care” levels as once you are flagged in these ranges you are ALREADY SICK!). But Don’t blame your doctor - your GP’s are not trained in functional or optimal pathology, they are trained to work within the medicare ranges (and have restrictions for this). We however are trained in prevented care and optimal and functional pathology… this is why we look at blood tests differently.
