This is a comprehensive questionnaire that helps your practitioner get to know you better including your goals, your concerns, previous /current treatments and your health history.

WELL WOMEN GUIDEBOOK
As part of your package you will receive our Well Woman Guidebook for Perimenopause & Menopause created specifically for this phase of life by Naturopath Elisha & Psychologist Violeta. The Guidebook is a valuable resource providing insight and guidance physically, mentally and emotionally.
4 WEEK MEAL PLAN
A 4 week meal plan (plus a bonus week of vegetarian meals) designed by Naturopath & Holistic Chef Elisha, specially for women navigating the perimenopausal and menopausal phases. A 100+ pages filled with plenty of simple yet nourishing recipes that focuses on incorporating nutrients to support perimenopause & menopause.
INDIVIDUALISED NATUROPATHIC TREATMENT PROGRAM & SCRIPT
You will leave each Naturopathy consult with an individualised prescription outlining dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and where necessary herbal or nutritional supplementation to address the root cause of your health concerns and accelerate healing. Your individualised naturopathic treatment program is completed by your Naturopath after your first consult which will outline your treatment plan & goals, as well as naturopathic educational resources
ACCESS TO PRACTITIONER ONLY PRODUCTS
You will have access to our recommended Practitioner Only Products that are of the highest quality and therapeutic grade nutraceuticals and herbal medicines that are thoroughly tested and studied for quality and efficacy (in addition to TGA & GMP standards) with no or low excipient formulations.
Please note package price does not include the cost of supplementation or testing. This is charged at an additional price, all supplements & testing can be posted Australia Wide. Further consults may be required – this will be discussed with your practitioner.
OPTIONAL ADD ON - WELL WOMAN BLOOD TEST CHECK
The blood tests in this package is our Naturopath’s GO TO when it comes to checking your blood work and obtaining a baseline of your overall health and wellbeing PLUS Female Sex Hormones (great for those wondering where their hormones are at in perimenopause).
*this test is not suitable for those on hormonal contraception or HRT! For those on HRT or hormonal contraception we suggest the TWE WELLNESS BLOOD CHECK TEST – this can be discussed at your initial consult with your naturopath.Â

- Thyroid Stimulating Hormones (TSH, FT3, FT4)
- Bone Health – Vitamin D, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphate
- Active Vitamin B12 & Folate
